THE TEAM

Jim Arkedis, El Jefe

Chief Executive Officer

When I was ten, my family moved from Cleveland, Ohio to London, England. It changed my life. My parents realized they could give me the gift of travel, and by age 14 I had visited just as many countries. I was fascinated by different cultures, societies, and governments. I want to help tell these stories and help others understand that the values that unite us as human beings aren’t assigned to one race, creed, color, or location.

Daniel Dart, The Wildcard

Chief Strategy Officer

Born and raised in California, I came of age in Hollywood, and appreciated the way we engage the world in a very unique way. In my 20’s, I was a musician and got to tour the globe multiple times, where I learned firsthand how complex, and exciting, the world is. As Founder of DEC Projects, I’ve built media campaigns for some of the world’s largest organizations, I see how with the right leadership and message, we really are able to shift global narratives and make the world a more fair place.

Shaun Michel, The Dot Connector

Head Of Strategic Partnerships

I am a Southern California native who believes that every voice, however small or marginalized, has the potential to shape our communities. And, that voices united together can create real change no matter where they are in the world. From growing up playing basketball all over California – playing in the richest to the most underprivileged neighborhoods – to leading people from all walks of life in during my time in retail management, I am blessed to have been given the opportunity to build connections with people from all walks of life. These perspectives shape everything I do, from my current career in business consulting to the work we do here at Indispensable.
